I really loved Creating Loyalty. What happened to it?
All of the articles from Walker’s previous online newsletter, Creating Loyalty, is now located in the Walker Library and it houses more than 600 in-depth articles about current customer loyalty issues and other critical business issues. Every issue of our newsletter will include linked articles from the Walker Library. You can also access the library any time you like and search for articles in the Walker Library.

I have a business issue my company is struggling with. How can my business issue be discussed on our newsletter?
We not only want to hear from you, but we strongly encourage it! Each submission will be reviewed carefully and taken into consideration. We will notify the recipients of selected submissions. Please click here to fill out the form with your topic or question.
