Walker Information's national study on customer loyalty in the wireless industry has answers to those questions and more.

The 2007 Walker Loyalty Report for Wireless Service Providers and Handsets identifies consumers' purchasing factors and usage trends. The study obtained a comprehensive view of consumers' attitudes and perceptions in how they select and use their wireless service and handsets for personal and/or business purposes. Walker collected nearly 13,000 brand evaluations of service providers and handsets from qualified respondents. Overall, 15 service provider companies and 17 handset companies were evaluated in this report.
