What are Walker Insight Reports?
Walker Insight Reports are short, timely studies conducted by Walker Information on a variety of customer loyalty management (CLM) topics. These are designed for clients and others in the CLM market responsible for managing and leveraging their customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
Why do we conduct Walker Insight Reports?
The Walker Insight Report series started as an idea for one of our client-only conferences in the spring of 2005. Our clients embraced this study as a simple and effective way to gather feedback to better understand how similar companies are handling timely CLM issues and challenges. Thus, the Walker Insight Report series was developed.
Since CLM is the one of the primary elements at Walker, we're uniquely positioned to gather this type of feedback and facilitate dialogue. These reports not only provide insight on a specific today in CLM, but they also allow best practices to be shared openly in the CLM community.
