FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
September 3, 2007
What is a Walker Loyalty Report?
The worldwide leader on customer and employee loyalty management, Walker Information publishes the most comprehensive loyalty reports to provide comparison and perspective in a wide range of industries. These reports help companies understand how they compare to industry norms and deliver valuable information to help develop mission-critical programs aimed at improving customer and employee loyalty, retention, and profitability.
Why did we do this report?
The fifth study of its kind, Walker Information has been measuring employee loyalty since 1999 and business ethics since 1997. These studies help companies in multiple industries find the connection between loyal employees, loyal customers, and profit. Walker Information's research helps identify key challenges and trends facing companies of all sizes in developing a more loyal workforce and building an ethical organization. In general, we conduct these customer loyalty studies to provide compelling benchmark information for our clients, introduce the value of employee loyalty to prospects, and share key findings publicly.
Who did we survey for this report?
The Walker Loyalty Report for Loyalty in the Workplace surveyed 2,950 full- and part-time U.S. employees from corporations, non-profit organizations, and governments. All employees were 18 and older and working in companies with at least 50 employees.
