Mark WinzenreadPrincipal, Executive Vice President, Mark is responsible for insuring the financial integrity of the organization while balancing the vested interest of the many stakeholders of the Company. He works collaboratively with many process areas within the company to improve performance and maximize income. His role is to help develop then connect the strategic plans with the various resources required for the plan to be achieved. Mark received his B.A. from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Prior to serving at Walker he also worked in public accounting and a large publicly traded firm. Mark is currently a member of the American Institute of CPA’s. He is also a member of the Ethics officers and Compliance Association and a member of Financial Executives International where he serves on the Board of the local chapter and FEI’s national Committee on Private Companies
