Paul’s primary responsibilities include the management of client relationships for both domestic and foreign companies in the energy and technology sectors. This includes all aspects of the relationship from business development through design, implementation, and analysis of specific programs, in addition to strategic deployment consulting to maximize the use of research information. He plays an active role in translating program findings and conclusions into actionable recommendations and works with client personnel to facilitate the implementation of those recommendations. In addition to his client service responsibilities, Paul is a contributor to Walker’s thought leadership and people development processes.
Paul first joined Walker in 1979, but in the early-90s took a position as product director for a software development firm serving the telecommunications re-billing industry. He also spent some time on the client side working for a multi-state industry with responsibility for market research, competitive intelligence and development of products and services for the deregulated market. Returning to Walker in 2000, Paul has been actively involved in executive-level qualitative research, global web-based surveys, and traditional computer-assisted telephone research projects. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Butler University and has accumulated graduate credit in the master’s of business administration program at Indiana University.
