As executive vice president at Walker, Phil is focused on the development and execution of strategies and operating plans designed to enhance Walker’s position as a global leader in customer loyalty management (CLM). Phil leads Walker’s consulting services team and directs Walker’s efforts in the area of linking customer loyalty with financial and operating success.
Phil first joined Walker in 1994 as chief financial officer after a 12-year career with public accounting firm, Ernst & Young. He also spent five years as the chief financial officer of a public company in the wireless telecommunications distribution business. He then rejoined Walker as executive vice president in January 2004. Phil also served as an independent member of Walker’s board of directors from 1998 through 2003. He is currently a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society and serves on the advisory board of the Children’s Bureau, Inc., in Indianapolis.
