Randy guides the company's day-to-day operations and client service activities. Those responsibilities include the operational performance of client service teams, call centers and focus group facilities, data management, information technology, resource management, sales and service for field and tabulation programs and human resources. In overseeing client service, he guides business teams serving clients in information technology, communications, healthcare, financial services, energy utilities, commercial and industrial sectors, and the Canadian market.
Randy started his career with Walker, and has more than 20 years of experience market research. His primary focus today is the operational performance of the organization. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and Operations & Systems Management from Indiana University.
