INDIANAPOLIS — Customer intelligence consulting firm Walker Information announced today that its B-to-B Customer Experience Summit will be held May 1–2, 2013 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel.
Focused on the latest and best customer strategies for B-to-B companies, this two-day event looks to the future to help companies go beyond customer listening to become more intelligent about their customers. A highlight of the event will be the release of a study, "Customers 2020," which will look at the future of customer relationships in the year 2020.
"This is the first customer conference focused on B-to-B companies and how to leverage the relationships they have with their customers," Walker President Phil Bounsall said. "We are looking beyond customer listening and customer experience, and focusing on the future. This conference will help leaders of customer initiatives understand the rapid change that is underway and prepare for a dramatically new role of leadership in customer intelligence."
Although Walker has been hosting client forums for more than ten years the B-to-B Customer Experience Summit marks the first time companies outside of Walker’s clients have been invited. Companies that have participated in the past include EMC, IHS, Cisco Systems, Verizon, Tetra Pak, CDW, ExactTarget, Iron Mountain, Pepsi Bottling Company, Starwood, Adobe, and many others.
The conference will feature powerful keynote addresses, engaging workshops, and valuable networking all aimed at sharing best practices to improve the way companies drive business success through customer insights and intelligence.
