INDIANAPOLIS — Walker Information, a leading business-to-business customer experience consulting firm, has named Jennifer Batley as senior vice president. In this role she will provide strategic advice and leadership to Walker clients.
Batley brings 20 years of customer experience (CX) leadership as both a consultant to leading corporations and most recently as the senior customer executive at a major U.S. company.

Batley served on the North American senior leadership team of Gordon Food Service in a role designed to take customer experience to a new level in the foodservice distribution industry. Reporting to the president, she established a team focused on a new and cohesive omni-channel customer experience vision, sponsored transformational long range projects, and created new initiatives integrating the customer’s voice with industry expertise and innovative technologies to drive customer success. Under Batley’s leadership, the Gordon Food Service company brand was refreshed and relaunched, positioning the organization for continued growth and ensuring the alignment of customer experience with brand promises.
Previously Batley served as a strategic account manager for Walker where she provided strategic advice to market-leading global corporations including Castrol Limited, EMC, Mitel, Iron Mountain, Pepsi Beverages Company and many others. She established herself as a trusted advisor, a selfless leader, an impressive thought leader, and solid business executive.
