Walker announces dates for B-to-B Customer Experience Summit

INDIANAPOLIS — Customer intelligence consulting firm Walker Information announced today that its B-to-B Customer Experience Summit will be held May 1–2, 2013 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel.

Focused on the latest and best customer strategies for B-to-B companies, this two-day event looks to the future to help companies go beyond customer listening to become more intelligent about their customers. A highlight of the event will be the release of a study, "Customers 2020," which will look at the future of customer relationships in the year 2020.
