Walker Announces Details for 2017 B-to-B Customer Experience Summit
Special research reports, keynote speakers revealed
INDIANAPOLIS – Customer experience consulting firm Walker Information announced today that its B-to-B Customer Experience Summit will take place September 26-28, 2017, at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas.
Focused on the latest and best customer strategies for B-to-B companies, this two-day conference will feature powerful keynote addresses, engaging workshops and valuable networking, all aimed at sharing best practices to improve the way companies drive business success through customer insights and intelligence.
A highlight of the event will include the release of “Progress Toward 2020,” a Walker Report that measures how well companies are doing in preparing for customers of the future. Jen has been a frequent guest of several national radio programs and a featured speaker at more than 35 association conferences.
Ed Viesturs is widely regarded as America’s foremost high-altitude mountaineer and is familiar to many from the 1996 IMAX “Everest Expedition” documentary. Ed is the only American to have successfully reached the summits of all of the world’s fourteen 8000-meter peaks without supplemental oxygen, a feat that led to his earning National Geographic’s Adventurer of the Year award. Beyond mountaineering, Ed is the author of four books, including his bestselling autobiography, “No Shortcuts to the Top.”
