Brandi designs end-to-end CX programs that exceed stakeholder expectations for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. She leads customer listening initiatives with clients, collecting feedback through a variety of distribution methods and using tools to develop customer-focused initiatives. She helps to gather, organize, analyze and interpret customer insights in the context of business performance, helping companies link them to operational and financial metrics and estimating the ROI of improvement efforts.

Brandi enjoys managing all the pieces of the CX process – designing the overall program and communication plans, anticipating questions and overcoming challenges. Brandi is a data visualization guru, and she leads Walker’s development of virtual workshop solutions.

In her previous roles, Brandi worked with healthcare and government. She also served as a senior project manager, standing out for her organization, innovation and mentoring of junior team members.

Brandi earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University. She is a graduate of the United Way of Central Indiana Leadership United program and co-founded and led Free to Breathe Indianapolis, a lung cancer run/walk.
