Dereck serves as a CX consultant to some of the world’s best companies. He advises on survey design, sample strategy and taking action. He provides input on best practices for dashboard building and closing the loop with customers. Dereck writes and presents results reports across all levels of client organizations – from BU and country-specific summaries to executive summary readouts. Dereck plans and delivers workshops from journey mapping to listening architecture to action planning. He manages relationships and ensures Walker’s clients receive unparalleled service across their experience.
After joining Walker in 2010 as an assistant project manager, Dereck ascended through the ranks to lead and train the project management team before transitioning to his current role. Clients Dereck has worked with include Adobe, DellEMC, Mastercard, Fannie Mae, Ingersoll Rand, National Instruments, Sodexo and Norfolk Southern.
Dereck earned his bachelor’s degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and is a graduate of the Leadership United program through the United Way of Central Indiana. He is a certified Qualtrics CX Expert.
