Krista manages relationships with Walker clients from identification of business needs through the design, implementation, analysis and communicating results of specific programs. She leads customer listening initiatives with clients, using tools including strategic assessments and journey mapping, to develop customer-focused initiatives. Especially skilled in advanced analytics, she helps to gather, organize, analyze and interpret customer insights in the context of business performance, helping companies link them to operational and financial metrics and estimating the ROI of improvement efforts. Overall, Krista helps companies evolve their customer strategies to help them gain the sustained competitive advantage that comes from delivering an exceptional experience.


Krista joined Walker in 2000 and has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including information technology, telecommunications, healthcare devices, e-commerce and insurance. Krista has coached Walker’s project management teams and led multiple change management efforts surrounding training, process and product improvements.

Achievements and Affiliations

Krista earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from Ball State University, where she served as President of the Actuarial Science and the Economics clubs. She earned her MBA from Anderson University and has specialized project management training from Indiana-Purdue University. Krista is CCXP certified and a member of the CXPA.

Krista completed United Way’s Executive Women’s Leadership program, co-chaired Walker’s United Way campaign from 2009-2011, and has also served on various United Way and philanthropic committees over time. Krista was awarded Walker’s annual Chairman’s Award in 2008 and is proud to have led multiple ‘Core Team of the Year’ client project teams.
