Vice President, Customer Experience
As vice president of customer experience, Pagel is responsible for incorporating the voice of Walker’s customers into the solutions development process. To do this, Pagel spends the majority of her time interacting with Walker account teams, clients, and prospective clients to understand their business challenges. She coordinates several listening posts that are used to drive strong client relationships and enhance our consulting and technology capabilities.
Pagel has been with Walker since December of 1997. In her tenure at Walker, she has worked within the technology industry, specializing in the coordination and management of global programs. She has coordinated internal and partner resources and facilitated process improvements to meet client needs. Pagel received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Indiana University.
